Bill acts both an Agent and the VP of Business Development.
On the Agent side, Bill provides traditional real estate services such as listing properties and helping buyers find homes, and works with renters looking for a great place. Providing a very high level of customer service, Bill goes the extra mile to ensure all your needs are met and that the property is a perfect match for your needs and lifestyle. Bill often works with clients that have special requirements of some sort or need special attention, including high-end buyers, sellers, and renters, buyers with tight deadlines, out of state/out of country buyers, Veterans and First Responders, and first time home buyers. Bill also does work for Commercial buyers and renters, assisting them in finding perfect locations and facilities for the businesses.
On the Business Development side, Bill gets involved with a number of local civic associations and city governments to stay on top of changes and initiatives that can affect property values. In addition, Bill works with a number of investors and developers in South Florida on larger specialized projects, assisting with site selection, market research, product development, and property management issues.
In addition to Real Estate work, Bill has a technical background and manages all aspects of the technology for the company and provides general business assistance and support to the entire company.
